SKYLIGHTS
Alexander Studios will design your
dome to be installed in as little as 15” vertical clearance above flat
ceilings; or choose the inverted, which looks wonderful over a kitchen
island or jacuzzi. We can also create dome designs for flat ceilings.
DOmeS
Stained glass domes lend elegance to any
location. Domes can utilize roof-mounted skylights for
natural daylight, and can be electrically backlit. There are
design and color choices to please the most discriminating eye, and dome
panels can be changed when you change your décor.
Your ceiling will feel higher, and your
room larger, when we install your dome in your foyer, dining room,
kitchen, bathroom, gazebo, office, and ballroom.
Commercial locations, such as
restaurants, hotels, government and office buildings, retirement and
funeral homes, casinos, and houses of worship may all attain grandeur
with one of the larger dome sizes. We make standard sizes from 4' to
12' in diameter, with custom sizes available. Domes are available as 8-,
12-, & 24-sided round and ovoid shapes.
Our domes may be used in conjunction
with recessed lighting, or have a chandelier suspended from the center. A custom glass design could compliment the chandelier.
